Elevate Your Praise with the SBI Formula for Impactful Feedback

If “Nice work!” is your go-to praise, it’s time for an upgrade.

Vague compliments are the junk food of feedback—tasty in the moment, zero staying power.

Try the SBI Formula instead:

📍 𝗦𝗶𝘁𝘂𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 – When/where it happened

🎯 𝗕𝗲𝗵𝗮𝘃𝗶𝗼𝗿 – What the person actually did

💥 𝗜𝗺𝗽𝗮𝗰𝘁 – Why it mattered

Example:

✅ “During Tuesday’s kickoff (S), you jumped in with a clear summary when things got off track (B), which refocused the team and saved us 20 minutes (I).”

That’s not just a compliment—it’s a confidence builder.

The best recognition doesn’t just make people feel good.

It helps them repeat what worked.

I appreciate you sharing this helpful information. Many thanks. I enjoyed reading your essay; it was quite intriguing. Keep up the great work. I hope you will post more interesting information in the future. Play fireboy and watergirl here, if you have free time.

In Snow Rider 3D, your mission is simple in theory but challenging in practice: guide your sled across a frozen, obstacle-laden path for as long as possible without crashing or falling.
