Why Janus
Janus is the ancient Roman god of beginnings, endings, transitions and passages. He is typically depicted as having two faces, given he looks to both the future and the past.
Janus is a fitting namesake for our firm and we are honored to evoke
his spirit in our work. We are dedicated to helping clients develop strategies to facilitate successful transitions... honoring your past while planning for your future.
Robin Elledge
Robin’s greatest passion is working with people to improve their ability to effect change within their company, team, and themselves. She has over 30 years of experience supporting and coaching leaders at all levels, from CEOs to those who are just beginning their management journey. She has designed and led significant change efforts and is well respected as a business and Human Resources leader. In her coaching work, she has helped clients clarify options and plans, accomplish goals, and work towards greater leadership presence, influence and impact.
She has been a key leader in rapidly growing entrepreneurial ventures and a 'C' suite officer in large, publicly-traded organizations with recognizable brand names. Given the breadth of her background, she brings a wealth of experience to her work as a coach and consultant.
Her previous roles encompassed all aspects of Human Resources as well as Organization Development, Training and line management functions in a variety of industries. Although she developed and managed a product line with full profit & loss responsibilities, her first love has always been the people side of the business or, more accurately, the people within the business.
